The years of the Lord 1648 have gone down in history with blood and fire as the end of the Thirty Years’ War. This war brought destruction to Europe and immeasurable losses to the Bohemian crown. Lusatia was lost. A third of the population died or succumbed to famine or plague. Those who survived were threatened by another enemy – a dark force sent upon the land by the Wizard of the Black Mill. Against the backdrop of these events, however, a hero rose up with the power to stand up to him.

Pumphut, a young miller’s apprentice from Lusatia, is tasked with investigating the mysterious disappearance of friends, people and animals in the region. On his way to investigate the mystery, he acquires a magical hat and a staff with magical powers. He soon discovers that these events are linked to the awakening of ancient forces that control the elements. In order to solve the mystery, he must face a series of obstacles and adventures that will test his abilities, his character and, most importantly, his strength and resistance to black magic.
